dr. Zaidul Akbar (born 30 November 1977) is a doctor, Islamic preacher, consultant, and practitioner of Indonesian sunnah medicine. He is the initiator The Prophet's Healthy Kick (JSR). He is also one of the founders and General Chair of the Indonesian Cupping Association (PBI) and the Central Board of the Indonesian Traditional Medicine Association (ASPETRI).
dr. Zaidul Akbar often fills seminars and studies on health and medicine. The thing that makes this doctor different from doctors in general is because the method of treatment is according to the Sunnah of the Prophet.
Zaidul Akbar's family is from Jambi City. He is a general practitioner who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University, who entered in 1997 and graduated in 2003. He has practiced in hospitals in Balikpapan and Jakarta.
After no longer working in public hospitals and studying Islamic medicine, Zaidul Akbar more often fills seminars and studies held in various institutions. The thing he always insisted on was to turn food into medicine.
Zaidul admitted to preaching because of the halal problem of the drug. According to him, the issue of halal and haram is very important for a person's survival. He argues that his Islam is a perfect religion with complete arrangements including health and medical matters. From this thought, he learned a lot and discussed about cupping, herbs, and thibbun nabawi.
In addition, Zaidul also believes that all Islamic laws from waking up to sleeping again have a healthy impact. For Muslims, they can imitate the Prophet Muhammad SAW. as a role model for a healthy lifestyle.
Zaidul also explained that there are not many health workers or doctors who want to be involved in this world. Because according to Zaidul when he decided on this path, it was his life path, especially in the afterlife. In the sense that Zaidul can preach and can invite others to be healthy too.
Zaidul has also issued a book entitled The Prophet's Healthy Kick.
