Sincerity is a secret between a servant and Allah انه الى. Fasting educates people to be sincere, patient, grateful, pious, and feel the supervision of Allah انه الى. The people who take advantage of fasting are humans themselves. Because fasting not only prevents from eating, drinking and lust but also glorifies morality.
From Abu Hurairah, he said,
امَ انَ انًا احْتِسَابًا لَهُ ا
"Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, his past sins will be forgiven."(Narrated by Bukhari no. 38 and Muslim no. 760).
If a person bases his fast on the basis of faith, hoping for reward and pleasure, then his heart will certainly be more calm, spacious and happy.
