Ijab Qobul is a pillar for buying and selling or other transactions. So that in buying and selling or other transactions there must be an Ijab Qobul. The proposition of Ijab Qobul is about the willingness between the seller and the buyer in the transaction, namely: Except with the way of commerce that applies consensual among you. (Surat an-Nisa: 29)
