Prohibition hope to meet the enemy, the point is not to hate jihad and not intend to fight or not hope to die a martyr fi sabilillah, because all of this has been recommended by Allah, the Wise and made it one of the qualities of the muttaqin and the rank of the shiddiqin. Then why are we not advised to hope to meet the enemy? The answer is in this study:
