These Terms of Use constitute a valid agreement between you and Uloom and the Services and Applications (as defined below) apply to your visit and use of our website at www.Uloom.id (the “Website”). These Terms & Conditions of Use are made to ensure the maintenance of quality information facilities for the community. We hope you read this guide first before participating.
When you use or access Uloom, we assume you have agreed to comply with Uloom's Terms and Conditions and its Terms & Conditions of Use.
You can only use the Application when you have registered with the Application. After you have successfully registered, the Application will provide you with a personal account that can be accessed with the password you choose.
Post Etiquette
Uloom reserves the right to delete posts that are deemed to violate our Terms & Conditions of Use, and block anyone who repeatedly violates these Terms & Conditions of Use. The types of posts that we consider violating include:
1. Post does not conflict with Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Legislation and norms prevailing in the society of the Republic of Indonesia
2. Post not sadistic, obscene and offensive to honor somebody, abusive, harass, stalk, threaten or attack others.
3. It is strictly forbidden to post things that are political and/or harassing other religions, for any purpose.
4. Defamatory, disrespectful, obscene/pornous, vulgar or contains elements of violence.
5. Using language that expresses hatred towards a particular race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, or political opinion.
6. Deceive, mislead or violate the law.
7. Deliberately angering the other party by posting unrelated to the topic of discussion or intentionally disrupting ongoing discussions.
8. Violating Intellectual Property Rights in any form.
9. Writing spamming posts, or abusing electronic messaging systems (including broadcast media and digital delivery systems) to send advertising news and other purposes en masse.
10. Uploading material that contains viruses or programs that can damage other people's computers.
11. Luring other parties to visit prohibited sites, by inserting links in posts, to increase traffic to these sites, or inserting any links that violate the provisions regarding prohibited postings.

Every user post within Uloom is provided to you on an “as is” form. Every effort has been made to ensure the ease of use of the application, the balance of interaction between users, and the accuracy of the latest information about Uloom.
Uloom is not responsible for posts that contain content that does not belong to the creator of the post. Uloom is not responsible if there are lawsuits from any party caused, including but not limited to the creations that users upload. Trust in content information and the content contained in the content is at the user's own risk.

The copyright to all content submitted to Uloom remains with the creator. The user agrees that part or all of the works on Uloom can be read and quoted by the wider community.
