Visitors, Facilities and Activities

Alhikmah Mosque is one of the best and cleanest mosques in England. The shape of the building is modern, simple but quite interesting among the surrounding buildings which impress ancient architecture with historical glory which is quite well maintained.

The first thing that catches the attention of visiting worshipers about this mosque is the building's unique urban design, which is also reflected in the modern interior with an ablution area that looks slightly different than other public mosques in England.

In this mosque you will not find classic chandeliers and luxurious decorative arts. But in this mosque you can get wifi to be accessed 24 hours for anyone who needs it in a safe and secure way. In addition, worshipers will also find a complete disabled access elevator when entering from one side of the mosque.

The managers and administrators of the mosque, starting from the imam to the staff and congregation, are very friendly to every visitor and quite supportive to everyone who needs it. Many events are regularly held, starting from Islamic study classes, friendship meetings and discussions for Muslims and Muslim women, as well as for children. In that way it meets a very important need of the Muslim community in Aberdeen.
